Mr Sharp explained everything that was going to happen during my surgery beforehand, he also visited me soon after I was awake following the surgery to go over what happened during the surgery and to explain what care I needed to take going forward. I was very happy with the service that he gave me.

Very professional, clear in information, direct (in a good way), encouraging, prompt. Only one teeny criticism is he didn't stand and shake hands on arrival or departure, but so often this isn't done nowadays so he is forgiven, but otherwise he was Mr Perfect.

Mr Balfour was very helpful, polite and friendly, explained all the details of the consultation and explained the downside of having the operation. Thank you.

It was a very good experience, Mr Ali was very clear and understanding. I was very comfortable at all times during my consultation.

Went for what I thought was a simple problem, turned out to be potentially more serious. Dr Hone was sensitive, kind with his words, and clear on what was going to happen next. Made sure that I had details I needed and was looked after post the appointment with medication etc.

Mr Vikram Dhar was very reassuring. Explaining my problem and then very gently when dealing with the problem. He was also very helpful arranging further tests that are required. I can't thank him enough.

Consultation with Mr Al-Lami was superb. He was highly professional, supportive, and attentive throughout my health check-up. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring.

I had visited Mr Henry Sharp at One Ashford. I was very worried about my procedure but he was amazing at calming my nerves and going over all of my worries. The process was very quick and he had come to see me again soon after my procedure. Mr Sharp had explained the aftercare and any other questions I had with care and patience. He really is the kindest and most experienced doctor!

Mr Dhar has been, and continues to be, extremely helpful in getting to the source of my issue. Each time I have seen him he has been thorough, I have never felt rushed or like I couldn't ask questions. He has a very calm manner which puts me at ease and I appreciate all he is doing to help me.

Mr Balfour listened to my issues and gave me very clear and concise diagnosis straight away. Found out about one of my issues and exactly how to deal with it as well as follow up appointments.

Mr Hone was excellent, after attending my local GP and being told there's nothing they can do felt like they had given up on me. Mr Hone made me feel that he cared about me and it wasn't a lost cause and there are options which gave me a massive boost. I was seen on time and didn't fee I was rushed through the appointment.

Mr Balfour is a very approachable, professional consultant. He covered all of my concerns. At the end of the appointment, it was very clear what I need to have done.
